I agree most pre-WW II cars and 1950s cars are not in big demand now and probably won't be in the future. The '60s and '70s models will follow this trend line as the demographics of the Boomer bubble rolls along. A group of people who are collectors and restorers by nature will likely continue to save these pieces of history. And based of the popularity and stout prices of street rods, there will likely also be subcultures that continue to appreciate these machines, irregardless of the year these folks were born.
