'63 Belvedere For Sale

I thought I'd pass this along in case anyone here is interested - or knows somone who would be.  I've seen this car in person - it's located in Iowa.  I bought an engine and transmission from this guy, and I think this car is a deal at $8500.  If I had the money and space, I'd buy it.  It would be a great driver for someone wanting to get into a '62-'65 car.  Other than my opinions and having seen it myself, I'm not affiliated with it or the seller.
