Jetting Changes in Cooler Weather?

I dynoed and adjusted my jets during 90 degree weather.  Friday I raced my 
Belvedere in 50 degree weather with a reported effective altitude of 650 feet 
versus 2000-3000' in the summer heat.

Seemed to be down on power.  Should I consider going up a jet size(s) in this 
cooler weather situation?
