Hi Dennis, Thanks for the nice offer. I exchanged several emails with Don a couple of months ago. It sounded like he's doing ok. He's a great guy, and he generously emailed me a bunch of details that are from the book. We exchanged pics of cars and stuff and discussed surgeries, etc... Pretty cool guy to talk (email) with. I would still like to have the book, though (or copies like you offered). I had his book on my Christmas list last year, but I didn't end up getting it. I should have just bought it myself, but it's nice to see something like that that I can easily list for my wife and daughter to buy for me that I don't have to pick out myself. By the time I tried to buy it a few months later, I found out it's off the market.
