Wayne,I'm sure a Dodge man who knows for sure will chime in, but I bet your body man is correct. There is one lone stud with a nut on it that holds my sail panel trim on my '64 Belvedere. I was lucky that I bought the car without the trim installed, because I probably would have broken it trying to get it off by not knowing there is a nut on the back that can only be accessed through the headliner.Dave --- On Mon, 7/26/10, Wayne Huseby <wchuseby@xxxxxxxxxx> wrote:From: Wayne Huseby <wchuseby@xxxxxxxxxx> Subject: EMBLEM REMOVAL To: 1962to1965mopars@xxxxxxxxxx Date: Monday, July 26, 2010, 9:54 AM Need some instruction on removal of the dodge emblem on the sail panel (i believe that is its name) on my hardtop. Are there barrel type fasteners on the studs? The body man wants to mess with the headliner to remove them. Can emblem removal be done from the outside?
