RE: spindle rusted to brake plate



Hi,

Those upper bolts are quite large and likely an impact gun will get them 
out.

Once the bolts are out, the backing plate may pop loose.

If the bolts are out and it still is stuck, try bumping it with an air 
hammer for a burp or so to jar it.
