I had luck with PB Blaster in almost the same surcumstance. I tried a couple of brands of penetrating oil and even diesel fuel was suggested. Friend gave me the PB Blaster to try and it worked over night! Been a fan of it ever since, might work for you? Then again, the combination of all the stuff I tried might have just done it too, and the PB was the proverbial straw! No budge even pounding on it with a small sledge and steel bar. It is amazing how much power rust has! Anyway, I don't have a cutting torch but I was thinking of using a sawsall to cut s chunk off the connecting rod so I can remove the part of the rod connected to the crank and then hopefully turn the crank so I can get to removing the other pistons. The other thought was to use a propane torch to heat up the stuck piston to see if that would help un-stick it. Thoughts? Thanks, Gary H. p.s., the block is going to scrap, but I was trying to save the crank. ---- Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person.
