RE: dash bolts





If it is the original gasket, it probably will not be salvageable. 
 
On the other hand...if your W/S gasket had been replaced at some time and is still pliable (not dry rotted) and not cut or torn, or does not crack as you bend it during inspection you may be able to reuse it. Inspect it thoroughly and if found to be good then be sure the glass groove is CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN before putting in place.
