Pulling a Heater Box

Anyone have any tips, or tricks for pulling the heater box in a 65
Coronet? The car has a heater only. I'm doing new carpet this weekend
and thought it would be a great time to get my heat back. It LOOKS
like it ought to be fairly straightforward but when working w/ Mopars,
I've been fooled before!!!
