Water Pump

Started the car today for the first time since Nov. I had noticed last
year there was a noise in the motor. I think I've got it pin pointed to
the water pump. Sounds like the bearing is going bad. No leaks yet
though. My question is, since I have cooling problems in city traffic,
which I attribute to coolant flow, what is a good upgrade for the water
pump. I've looked at the aluminum Mopar Performance. What others
should I consider.
BTW I've decided it's coolant flow because I used to have an electric
fan in addition to the regular one and it made no difference whether I
ran it or not.
