Well I suppose that would be possible. I can run it at the higher pressure as long as the rpm's stay up probably above the 2500rpm level. It uses enough that way so it doesn't overpower the floats. That's how I discovered the pressure problem after I broke it in and tried to idle it. The gas came pouring out the carbs. It even bent the floats. If the seats are too small for the usage it would still be an under delivery issue on the top since they are probably never closing at WOT.
