When I built the 426 wedge for my 64 Polara 4 years ago I used any tips from Don's "Old Reliable" I coud, and one of them was to turn the pistons (stock 10-1) 180 degrees. The engine has about 3200 miles on it now without any problems, but I can hear some noise on the road.
