I tried that three days ago, but to no response as of yet.  Jim said he 
would be getting an old Melling Book sometime this week, I was going to 
call him tomorrow to see if it had the Cam in it.  If not, he said he 
can duplicate the cam for me if I send it to him.

I'll post what I find.  Thanks for the response.  Was curious if the 
e-mail made it out.
