RE: Petty Stock Car Update

Not trying to be ugly, but how does a 6 banger Satellite constitute a Petty race car clone? It should actually be against the law!! Is nothing sacred anymore.

After a little rigging, engine was installed by Thomas, at TJ's and Holly's Rod Shop, Brandon. Then it was off to Erin McAfee's Auto Repair, Jackson, for a bit of wiring that was beyond me. It was really nice to fire her up with no fluid leaks in any system. Only major set back was a bad wheel brake cylinder, new part, that was sucking air. With that replaced we were out of the pits and making laps.

The Petty Car loves it, this I know for a fact, as we shaved off a few seconds of lap time !! Turn off the lighted tip and she slows down. Life as a rodder is good.

Weather permitting, would love to take her on the Red Neck Power Tour. We will be on the Tour in either the Petty Car or MS Cruiser.our real 65 Plymouth Satellite. Looking forward to that as I know Fuzzee is hard at work on the agenda. We had a blast last year.
