Mine was in cood condition, but someone really hacked things up installing a floor shifter I guess. . That section was good in my parts car, and I cut it out and fiited it to my car. Thanks for that but I tried them and they only do a partial kit from the
torsion bar to the out side body mount. I need the bits between the torsion
bar mounts including the hump.

Tim, try auto rust technicians: http://www.autorust.com/ They make caps for rusted out sections of torsion bar mounts. Don't know if they make the part
you need though. Hope this helps.
