I bought a bunch from Rhode Island Wiring service (http://www.riwire.com/) a 
few years ago when I was building my EFI harness from scratch. They sell by 
the foot and have all kinds of colors and tracers so you can be consistent 
(and know what you're looking at in ten years when you have to check 
something).
Their website doesn't look like it's been updated in awhile, so you might 
make sure they're still doing business before you try to place an order...
