RE: Poly rocker advice?



Another thought I had after looking at the picture is to use a small 
pair of channel locks or vise grips and start screwing it up from 
underneath. You should be able to get it to move at least some. That 
might make it possible to get ahold of it on top or at least it'll break 
it loose for easier removal as mentioned .
