There is also a POR product called POR patch. It's kind of a POR putty in a tube. The stuff was aimed at just this type of problem. I have a buddy that repaired an old Army trailer floor after sand blasting and I've used it to seal rustout pinholes in a '64 cowl bottom: the stuff is great for thiis type of work. But like any POR, DON'T GET ANY ON YOU ! We used the stuff straight outta the tube but I think they also have a mesh available for str-
