restorationchrome.com is a place that will ship a bumper, and then you 
send a core back.

They will work with you if you don't have a core, but the problem will 
probably be they won't have a '63 Plymouth bumper in stock..

Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person.
