Depends on where they are located.  You won't go wrong with Tri-City    They did my 64 Sport Fury bumpers & they look great.   I think any rechromer will sell without a cre to turn in. You just have to pay the core charge.

Any suggestions for a vendor that sells outright good quality rechromed bumpers? A fellow is looking for 1963 Plymouth bumpers but he probably won't have cores to get redone.
