I designed some white face gages, for Bob Asay's 64 dash, I printed them out on the bumper sticker decal sheets I use. the real hard part was trying to stick down those decals on the concave surfaces of the 64's gauges. most of them I had to cut in half so I designed a graphic to cover the cut line. It actually turned out pretty good considering, I had no idea what I was up against. and as long as the heat and other elements don't cause the decals to start aging to quickly, it might be worth doing again. what I also noticed about the original gauge surfaces as they appear to be brushed aluminum, spun on like concentric circles, then dyed or painted with a transparent black, which would give a iridescent look to the surface, then the #'s and letters or graphics would be silk screen printed on last. let me know if anyone wants to see some pics, I could send direct, or maybe Gary could post on the web site if he wants? probably
