Re: 383 4 barrel choke thermostat?

Well, I think I got lucky.  I was having trouble finding a choke
thermostat for my 63 383 that I'm converting from a 2 bbl to 4 bbl.
The few I found are NOS and $500 !!!  The stock choke thermostat cover
is too tall for the Carter AFB.

But the 6 Pak thermostat below is flat and fits perfectly.  Should work fine.

    * 1970-1971 V8 340 c.i., 440 c.i. Holley 2bbl carburetor (3 x 2bbl
Tripower)  #2946532 / R-6199-1
