FWIW, Joe Suchy listed them this way on the '62-'65 swap meet page:

$30.00	each	1963-1965 Plymouth back-up light lenses					
$5.00	each	1963-1965 Plymouth back-up light lens gasket
$15.00	set     1963-1965 Plymouth  back-up light lens and bezel gasket set

You can call Joe and ask / order them from him?
