I think the threat of rain and the poor economy kept the attendance down. I hadn't experienced humidity like that for a while. We got to the shop just as Jim Kramer was unloading the Honker. Then the 2 Hank Taylor cars showed up. What a treat! I was a little disappointed that I had some untimely axle issues that prevented me from bringing my car. Better luck next year. I hadn't been to Reed's in years and it was great sitting in his shop until 2 a.m. hearing all of the old stories.
