RE: Cash for Clunkers

The people that want to destroy all automobiles prior to 1976 have no 
sense of history or have no idea where our energy dollars are going, or 
where energy comes from...

we spend far more to heat and cool our houses than running automobiles, 
yet the vast majority this "Clean" electricity we should be using comes 
from oil and coal...

should we rip down every house built prior to 1976? bet more than a few 
people would have problems ripping down houses and buildings on the 
National registry of historic places, even though they are "gas 
Guzzlers"
