Monroe sells shocks that will fit your Chrysler. As I interpret the numbers the choices are: 
factory specs (31131); 
factory specs with helper coil spring (58496);
air shocks (MA704)

58496 SENSA-TRAC  - Occasionally load your vehicle with extra weight or Tow a trailer with up to 400 lbs of tongue weight (4,000 lbs trailer weight)
MA704 MAX-AIR® SHOCKS  Tow a trailer over 400 lbs of tongue weight (4,000 lbs trailer weight)
