Rick,I know that 65 was a bad year, hemi ban, and that he draged a Cuda. It was a parts car that I had for my good Satellite and I did not want to scrap it.

'65 was the year for the most part he drag raced. It was pretty much a wasted year for his stock car activities.

When I was in high school,a local guy here raced a 1963 Plymouth on the IMCA circle tracks around themidwest and in the South. When the front end got so beat up, and to comply with age limit for late models, he put a 1964 front end on. That car had a426 wedge and probably was a Max Wedge. His Dad had the Mopar dealership inour town. I would have a lot of fun replicating his car......................MO....sw iowa----- Original Message ----- From: "Ollie" <satellite1965@xxxxxxxxxxx>To: "Mopar Club" <1962to1965mopars@xxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Wednesday, June 10, 2009 2:07 PM Subject: Petty Stock Car > > > For any whom are interested..just posted some updated pics of my Petty > Stock Car Project. > > Starting on the wiring as soon as my stuff gets here from Del City.
