Hmm. You may be right.I know the three speed manual was the standard tranny in the Satelite.. There's no mention of a console as standard equipment in the Satelite sales brochure..
It was listed as optional in the Belvedere line. The auto, and four speed optional in both models.I can't remember seeing any without the consoles, but I can't remember lots from forty years ago. :-(
