RE: Replacement Radiator Question

I had a car do that once and the problem was the chrome t-stat housing 
warped the t-stat and it froze shut. Mr Gasket stuff is chinese gunk! I 
almost ruined that engine because of that. Something occurring so 
rapidly would seem to be a blockage on that order or broken belt, etc.. 

My radiator guy said he wouldn't recommend over 10lbs for my stock tank. 
I had a 7lb cap on mine finally. My new crossflow has a 16lb..
