I've got a '68 Dodge Monaco with a factory 2 Bbl 383, with dual exhaust. All stock, right down to the points and condenser. Big, heavy tank. I put a stock cast iron '68 four barrel manifold on it with a 700 Holley double pumper I had on a shelf, and it goes like a scalded cat. mikelj@xxxxxxx wrote: > > I am now trying to decide about replacing the stock 2 bbl. with an Edelbrock Performer (non-high rise, since I want to use the original stock air cleaner and throttle/tranny kickdown linkage) 4 bbl setup. How much work is that and will it make much difference in power? ---- Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person.
