Personally I just used the Trans cooler solo but if I would use the radiator I would route through the radiator first and then the cooler and back to the Trans. I would go in high and out low letting gravity help. The radiator would pull heat via coolant and then the cooler via air flow. Would hate to cool it by air and the possibility of warming it back up going through the radiator depending on how big your T Cooler is! Rich Kinsley '64 Dodge Polara 4dr 318poly w/goodies I am of the opinion that it is best to route the trans output coolant line to the aux transcooler first. And to the top of the trans cooler. Then out the bottom of the aux to the top of the rad and from the bottom of the rad back to the trans input. Does this sound right? (If you aren't dizzy trying to figure that out.) My question is if this is absolutely necessary? Would it be a sin to run from the bottom of the aux cooler to the bottom of the radiator? I'm trying to be lazy I guess as I could make my existing line work this wat instead of building a whole new one. ---- Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person.
