You can accomplish this by yourself. Just pop the air cleaner off and while looking down into the carburetor grab the linkage coming up to the carb from the gas pedal. This is going to be on the drivers side. You can work this by hand and should see a stream of gas shooting into the carb near the bottom. Paul L.
