Rich, I would recommend paying extra and get a rad with the mounting flanges already put on, that is unless you have access to a tig welder. I went this route (flanges mounted) for both my 64 and 63 cars. Install then was a breeze, just a matter of drilling the appropriate holes in the mounting flanges, hooking up hoses and go.
