Subject: tank paper source

Hi , does anybody know of a source for the "paper" that resides
between the gas tank and the trunk floor. Or maybe a suitable
substitute. Someone suggested that thin foam insulation, but that
makes me nervous as far as rust and mouisture trapping, i feel a paper
could breathe.
