Don't know what to tell you Rich.  When I bring up Photobucket all I 
have to do is put the cursor over the picture and then the 4 "options" 
that you mentioned show up below the picture.  I can then single click 
(not double like I said before although that works too)and the picture 
opens bigger.  If you then click on the bigger picture it will open full 
screen.
I wonder if you need to update your browser.  Which browser and version 
are you using?

Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person.
