Interesting that 426 Hemi Timing Cover Bolts are 15-18  ft lbs; B/RB big blocks are 15  ft lbs; and LA small blocks Timing Cover Bolts (cast)  re  30  ft lbs. per http://www.moparsunlimited.net/engine_bolt_torque_specification.htm - assume Poly 318 is same as LA 318.
