Get an easily accessible cylinder to top dead center on compression
stroke (to keep the valves out of the way). Now run it past TDC a little
and cram as much nylon rope that will fit thru the spark plug hole in
the cylinder, leaving some sticking out the hole so you can remove it
later. Now when you back off the crank bolt the piston will compress
against the rope so you can break the bolt loose. When you put it back
together turn the crank clockwise a little and pull the rope out. Back
the crank up a little before TDC, reinstall your rope in the hole and
you can tighten the bolt. Then back the crank up a little, remove the
rope and reinstall your spark plug and you're done! Good Luck!
