Jack 63 Sport Fury

I'm looking at the jack and spare tire location in my 63 Sport Fury.  I 
found the following information on mounting it in a 64 that looks like 
the same as in a 63:

It looks like I have everything except for the bracket that holds the 
jack in the trunk well. It looks like something that should be easy to 
make.  Any additional information on it would be appreciated.

I also have a 64 Belvedere that I don't have any of the jack parts for, 
if anyone has a complete jack with all of the parts that they want to 
sell please contact me directly.
