I did the same in my work truck when I installed wig-wags front and rear.
I got plastic looms from Rock Auto and used cable ties but they had
attachment clips with screws.
Keeps everything orderly.
You might check Evan's website to see what he uses for stock appearances.

I'm doing my wiring harness too. I really don't care about original so I
got some split corrugated plasticwire protector from Home Depot. It's
really cheap and looks, works good. Mine is black.
