Maybe if you would have listened to the as you said Horror Stories you could
have been done in, O, about 20 to 30 min start to finish!!  Took me about 15
to replace three bad studs about six mouths ago with the dreaded Fire Wrench
  (-:  Just my 2c worth!!  Glad to hear you accomplished your task
successfully!!  Good bonding time, well spent!

Man, what a mess.  After 3 hours and numerous broken drill bits and grease
and dirt everywhere, it is done.  I think I should have just skipped the
stud replacement, as tough as those bolts and nuts are 4 would seem to be
plenty!
