Dean I bought a pair for my 440 stroker. I haven't gotten the motor from the machine shop yet, but so far I have replaced the valve springs with beehive springs (using a roller cam and wasn't sure how good the 440 source springs were) and cleaned up the runners. Otherwise the heads look good and I'm hoping will work well on the motor.
