they are both driveable,,,,,,,63 had a rough paint job put on it, looks  good 
from a distance, I bought the car from canada, and drove it home,  
mechanically it is good, , the 64 drives but has a miss, have not looked at it  to see 
what the problem is, think that it is probably minor
