I've had great dealings with Tri-City both in person at car shows and over the phone. I've heard the same story many times about Bumper Boyz.

STAY AWAY from the bumper boyz at all costs. People walk around Carlisle with shirts "Bumper Boys Suck" I have dealt with them once, and only once. Tri-City's products are better and the people are nicer as well.
