Headliner and interior colors

I will be replacing the headliner (not by myself, I'll have a pro do it) in my '64 Dodge Polara 500.  Do any of you know the best place to get one for the headliner guy to install?  I would like to have the factory correct perforated type in the orginal color.  And one more question, where can I find what name to call the interior color? I have seen things like medium fawn, tan, etc. all of which could be the gold color it is now.  I have the exterior and interior color chips, but they are not the fabric colors.  Thanks for any help.
