Some questions

Since it has been a very long time since I owned my last '64 Dodge Polara 500 (1972) I wanted to ask you all to check my foggy memory about the car. As I remember the lug nuts were unique, as in the left side were left hand thread and the right were right hand thread? Also, the only Polara 500s with a tach in the console were 4 speed cars? According to the tag, my car was built in Los Angeles, is that an unusual assembly point? Thanks for any info.
