Funny!  I have the same problem with my '64 Fury from time to time.  I just 
kick the door until it opens!  Had the same problem with a parts car I had a 
few years ago, just needed the door open to remove it during parting it out.  
The problems others have been talking about reminds me of a '65 Coronet 440 4 
door I saw in a junkyard a couple years back.  I was complete with a very nice 
interior.  Only one problem, all 4 door stuck.  I popped open the vent windows 
and the front window regulators were frozen and couldn't roll down.  Broke my 
heart to leave a great untouched burgandy interior.  I just hope it didn't get 
crushed.  I have to check on that one.
