Aluminum bolt-in: Mancini and Griffin, maybe others... $$$ I do see cheapos on ebay but am skeptical.
If you can weld or know a welder, you can save big bucks. On my '64 Dart, I measured the space between the frame rails and ordered the largest generic aluminum circle-track radiator from Speedway Motors that would fit. A top-quality, USA-made Ron Davis radiator that will keep 600hp cool on the street was only $169. They are sold with the input/outputs in various locations. You just need to pick the right one, fab up some "L" brackets, and weld em on.
I can weld, but I never welded on an aluminum tank before. I called Ron Davis before I bought mine, they were very helpful about how and where to weld the brackets on, what kind of material to use, etc. Turned out to be a very simple job - and wouldn't be expensive to have a professional welder do. All said and done, it looks like a factory fit for under $200.
Just a suggestion. Wakeman----- Original Message ----- From: "David Raffa" <dge645b@xxxxxxx>
