Sean, No arguement here, totally agree. Unions have always been a problem with the Big 3. Teamers, the same way. Was a memeber for a few years, never did anything for me, except to make sure I paid my dues. Unions were good when they were first started, fair wage, work day and benefits. But have gotten to big for their own good. Never understood how they can demand part of a profit from another persons business. If they didn't like what they were paid, go someplace else. They agreed to work for a certain wage, then see that the business is making a profit, never mind that someone else started the business, put up the capital, the effort, and probaly a lot of sleepless and sweaty nights trying to make it go. I do not begrudge anyone from making a profit from their business, and hopefully they will share it with me in the form of a bonus or a raise.
