65 Plymouth Project car

Hello Everyone,
I have been avoiding this as long as I can, but I have to let my 65 Bel 1 project go. This is a major resto project to save a 65' from just rusting away to nothing. I have spent the better part of 10 years researching and collecting NOS and date coded items to make this as close to a 426 Street wedge 4 speed as possible. IT IS A CLONE, as it is now a 57,000 mile slant 6, 3-on-the-tree. I have taken detailed photos and talked to every expert I could find to duplicate every detail. I was however going to make it a 500 incher hidden in a 426 costume. I have not started the project, I have just gathered items needed. This was going to be planned to go as smooth as possible with no hang ups on more parts searching.

If you are serious about this kind of project, contact me for a detailed list of items I have as well as the condition of the car itself. It was not going to be a cheap resto, I figure with what I already have spent, it would take another 12-15 grand minimum to finish the paint and engine and details. After looking at cars for sale over the years, 25-40 grand for a 65 that is nowhere close to factory appearing is what they sell for. When this is restored, it will be a very high dollar car and be very sought after, clone or not. It will have parts on it that most find impossible to come across. We can talk details than.

Please contact me at
dcs426@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Thank you and do not ask me to part it out.
That is a last resort.
