Reminds me of the trick to disconnect the power wire from the cigarette lighter, then run a wire from the cigarette lighter to the coil. Hum, right now I can't recall which side of the coil, + or - . Someone chime in please. In any case, the goal and result is when you press in the cigarette lighter unit it effectively disables the coil, preventing the car from starting. Pull out the cigarette lighter unit and the car will start.
